Match Preview:

Stuttgart finished the group stage in 11th place, winning five of their eight matches. Their home form was particularly impressive, with four victories from four and a +7 goal difference. In the Bundesliga, they currently sit fourth and look well positioned to secure a Champions League spot. Their recent form across all competitions is strong as well, with six wins, one draw, and just one defeat in their last eight matches.

Celtic finished the group stage in 21st place, winning three of their eight matches. Their away performances were modest, with just one victory from four games. Domestically, they sit third in the Scottish Premiership, six points behind Hearts. Their recent form has dipped with back‑to‑back defeats, though that came after a strong 10‑match unbeaten run that included eight wins.

Betting Preview:

Poor 1st leg performance from Celtic with individual errors compounding a poor team performance. Stuttgart can afford to rest a few players for this one if needed. Celtic know they are out and with a totally awful away record in European competition (just 1 win in 17 fixtures) they cannot do much against this superior team. Both teams score Yes is the best option.
