Lengthy injury list for Napoli who are without some top players. De Bruyne, Anguissa, Gilmour, Neres and Di Lorenzo all miss out. Key man Scott McTominay is back but carrying a slight injury still.

Strikers El Shaarawy, Evan Ferguson and Artem Dovbyk are still injured. Great news though as Paulo Dybala is fit finally as is Mario Hermoso.

3-4-2-1 is the usual line up for Napoli but Conte may switch this around with a few injuries and the return to fitness of Lukaku.  

3-4-2-1 is the main formation for Roma but with Dybala back fit and new sighing Donyell Malen on fire with 3 goals in his opening 4 games they may tweak the formation to fit them both up top.
