Match on:

The 1st leg in Istanbul was pure chaos. 7 goals, 1 red card and a 3 goal victory for Galatasaray. Nobody expected anything like it, can we get a repeat in Turin?

Juventus v Galatasaray – Allianz Stadium 21:00 CET

Team News:

Holm, Cabal and Cambiaso are out so the defence is affected. Vlahovic and Milik are still unavailable up front. Bremer and Jonathon Davis are not 100% but may have to be risked.

Mario Lemina is available after suspension. Key striker Osimhen is carrying a slight knock but should be fine.

Formations:

3-4-2-1 for Juventus who will have to rotate at the back. They like to get width in the play. High volume pressing is key for them.

4-2-3-1 for Galatasaray who will hope to repeat their individual and team performance of the 1st leg.  High intensity pressing with a lot of interchanging players and positions. It caused Juventus a lot of headaches even with 11 men.

Statistics:

Referee: Joao Pedro Pinheiro (POR) (Average cards 4.70 Yellow 0.12 Red)

Match Preview:

Juventus finished the group stage in 13th place, winning three of their eight matches. Their home form was solid, with two victories and two draws from four games. In Serie A, they currently sit fifth, four points outside the Champions League qualification spots. Recent form, however, has been poor, winless in five, with one draw and four defeats, conceding a whopping 15 goals in that period.

Galatasaray completed the group stage in 20th place, winning three of their eight matches. Their away form in the competition has been disappointing, with just one victory from four games. Domestically, they sit top of the Turkish Super Lig, holding a two‑point lead over Fenerbahce. Their recent run had been excellent with four straight wins, though they slipped up at the weekend against Konyaspor — a match in which most of their first‑choice players were rested.

Betting Preview:

Overturning a three‑goal deficit in the Champions League knockout stages is rare, though not impossible. Juventus come into this clash in dreadful form and looked disjointed in Istanbul. A home win still feels like the sensible pick, even if the odds are short. Galatasaray are likely to slow the game down at every opportunity, so expect plenty of time‑wasting and theatrics. With referee Pinheiro known for his frequent use of yellow cards, the over on the cards line also looks appealing.
